Who we are

Sparrwo is operated by Boring Monkee Private Limited (“we”, “us”), based in Gurugram, India. This policy covers the website at sparrwo.com. Our scanner (scanrr.sparrwo.com) and client portal (app.sparrwo.com) are separate services and may have their own notices.

What we collect

When you use the “Request Your Free Check” form on our home page or the “Get Your Free Check” form on our Managed IT Providers page, we collect your name, work email address and website. We store them with the date and time of your request. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

To limit spam, we briefly keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address and email address, for up to 24 hours. Our request records do not include your IP address.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, as part of running the website.

We use Google Analytics, through the Google tag, to understand how visitors use this website. It sets two cookies in your browser (_ga and _ga_FHR4FDDZZJ) and sends information such as the pages you view, your browser type and your IP address to Google. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or opt out with Google’s browser add-on. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

How we use it

We use your request to review it, prepare your free competitor check and contact you about it. Each request is also emailed to our team. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Hostinger hosts this website and stores the requests submitted through it. We may use email delivery services to send requests to our team. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly handles the details you enter there under its own privacy policy. Google also provides the analytics described above. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep requests submitted through our forms for up to 12 months, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email vishal@boringmonkee.com and we will reply as soon as we reasonably can. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
